Tim comes to us from the Heartland of
America. Born in Northwest Missouri, Tim grew up and lived most
of his life in Missouri. After visiting his mother one year here
in Harlingen, Tim knew this was his destination to live in the
Valley. The warm weather, the beach so close, and all the
activities one could desire made him move to the valley in 2010.
Tim owned his own real estate company back in Missouri and built
Modular and Manufactured housing communities. Tim just became a
grandpa in May of 2011 of a beautiful granddaughter Olivia and
Tim has one son Tyler. Tim calls the Valley home now and is full
time with Rio Metro Sales at the Best Park in the Valley,
Victoria Palms Resort. |

Dean was born and grew
up in Long Prairie, Minnesota. After high school he spent 4
years in the US Navy. Following his Navy tour he spent 34 years
working for NCR in many areas of the country and retired at a
management level. During his time with NCR, Dean also sold real
estate in California and Montana. He met his wife Jerri in the
Navy and they have been married for 51 years and have 2 boys.
Dean and Jerri have spent the last 10 winter seasons in the Rio
Grande Valley and both agree Victoria Palms Resort is the best
place to be. |
